The district facilities of Williamstown Independent School District are available for community purposes, provided that such use does not interfere with educational or district programs. District facilities are provided primarily for the education of students and that use will always be given first priority.
Activities must be consistent with the best interests of the district and not interfere with the regular conduct of the educational program. The district facility scheduling office processes many requests and that number continues to grow, but we strive to be successful in processing your request in a timely manner. Requests for any facility use and scheduling by school district personnel OR individuals/groups outside of the school district, must be submitted in the following manner:

All Others - Download and complete the forms below and submit to Mrs. Molly McComas
If staff members are requesting facility use for an outside group (including churches, non-profit groups, recreational, etc...) they must complete and submit an application for District Facility Use as well.
