Williamstown FFA Earns Status As Silver Rated Chapter

FFA Logo

On Friday, April 13th, 2018, the Williamstown Independent FFA chapter competed in the Kentucky FFA Chapter Rating competition at the Kentucky Leadership Training Center in Hardinsburg, KY. Kentucky FFA chapters are eligible to be rated on an annual basis. Ratings are based on points from the Chapter Rating Form and levels are Gold, Silver, and Bronze. In order to be eligible for a state rating, chapters must submit a Secretary’s book at the regional level, meet the standard Kentucky chapter requirements, and submit the chapter rating form at the state competition. Awards will be given at the following point levels:

Gold = 450 and above

Silver = 350-449

Bronze = 250-349

The Williamstown Independent FFA chapter was selected as a Silver Rated Chapter with a score of 386.

A huge accomplishment for our program, only approximately 50 chapters from around the state will receive one of the Gold, Silver, or Bronze ratings.
