Welcome Back!

The library underwent a huge transformation this summer and received a new floor and new paint, as well as lots of rearranging and cleaning. It looks much bigger, brighter and modern. Here's a quick look at our changes:

Now that the school year is underway, students are visiting the library everyday. Look to the right under forms to see the current schedule for elementary classes if you are curious about which day your elementary student visits.

Junior and senior high students visit at their convenience, and when their teacher schedules a class visit. Our junior high students have been coming in every two weeks so far. Hopefully, your student has a library book checked out now and has time to read throughout the week.

Fall Book Fair

Our Fall Book Fair has been scheduled and is quickly approaching. See the links at the right to sign up to volunteer or to shop online. It will be held the week of Sept. 25-29 every day in the library. We also have two evening events where you may come in to shop.

  • Monday, Sept. 25, Family Reading Night will be held from 4:30-7:00.
  • Friday, during the Fall Festival, the book fair will also be set up in the library or lobby.

The book fair is the main fundraiser for the library. With the money we've earned from the book fair over the last several years, we've been able to purchase hundred's of books, a rug for our primary students to use, craft supplies and games, and all of our Accelerated Reader prizes. This year we are hoping to purchase an iPad for the library for student video use.

Thank you for your generous support of the book fair!

Family Reading Night - MONDAY, Sept. 25 - 4:30-7:00 pm

Students have extra time to take AR tests, check out books, visit the book fair, and participate in a read-aloud and activity with other students.
