Instructions to use the help desk ticketing system:

  • select the appropriate 'request' above
  • type information in the form with as much detail as possible
  • if this is your first time using the help desk, please select REGISTER, otherwise, enter your user name and password (if you have forgotten your password, select the 'forgot password' option.  You will then be directed to the email you used to create your account in order to reset your password.  Technology staff CANNOT reset your password
  • click submit

The help desk ticketing system is set up to be utilized by both public users, and staff of Williamstown Schools.  Therefore, users must create their own account (with their own user name and password).  The help desk is not connected to staff members website login in any way; this is a seperate portal.  Feel free to create a username and account that is easy for you to remember, but also recognizable to the staff who will be servicing your ticket.  We recommend a username of first initial, last name, such as:  kshoemaker.  We encourage you to create your account with your school email.

Facility Use

The district facilities of Williamstown Independent School District are available for community purposes, provided that such use does not interfere with educational or district programs. District facilities are provided primarily for the education of students and that use will always be given first priority.

Activities must be consistent with the best interests of the district and not interfere with the regular conduct of the educational program. The district facility scheduling office processes many requests and that number continues to grow, but we strive to be successful in processing your request in a timely manner. Requests for any facility use and scheduling by school district personnel OR individuals/groups outside of the school district, must be submitted in the following manner:

Staff - Complete the facility use request ticket

All Others - Complete the Application for District Facility Use.  

If staff members are requesting facility use for an outside group (including churches, non-profit groups, recreational, etc...) they must complete and submit an Application for District Facility Use as well.
