The F.I.T.T. principle

Frequency: How often one performs an exercise or workout. Recommended: 3-5 days a week

Intensity: How hard one is working in their target zone. Recommended: 60%-90% of your maximum heart rate

Time: How long one exercises at a time. Recommended: 20-60 minutes at a time

Type- Type of activity or exercise you perform. Examples: biking, jogging, running, basketball, weight lifting
