QUITTING TOBACCO POSTER

1. Partners will make a PSA poster using Canva. The poster should provide information to individuals to help them quit using tobacco.  If you know someone who smokes and you’d like to encourage that person to quit, make the poster for them (tailor it to their lifestyle and habits and what you think will help them the most!)

2. The poster has 6 requirements total, including: 

1) A Title

2) List ways tobacco is bad for you

2) Resources to help with quitting.

3) Pick 3 additional topics below to include in your poster:

  1. Why Should You Quit?
  2. Why is Quitting So Difficult?
  3. How to Prepare to Quit
  4. Tips for Successful Quitting
  5. Managing Cravings
  6. Medications That Help
  7. How to Stick with It
  8. Chew Dangers

 

 

3. The poster will be made using the Canva software. Layout and design is up to you. It should include pictures/graphics.
