All student registrations and enrollment will be done through the Infinite Campus Online Registration tools. Please follow the links below to the appropriate registration site. All families must complete this process prior to students beginning the first day of school.
Students will not be permitted to start school until online enrollment is complete.
- EXISTING FAMILIES: If you already have students in the district, follow the Existing Family Online Registration Link using your existing Campus Portal credentials. If you have forgotten your Campus Portal credentials, request a reset here. Families with students currently in our district, but adding a new student to the household, will use this option. To add new students to your household, select the “New Student” option after logging into Parent Portal and beginning the Online Registration process.
- NEW FAMILIES: If this is your first time registering a student in the Williamstown District, use the New Family Online Registration Link

Household information:
CURRENT PROOFS OF RESIDENCE
THE LIST BELOW CONTAINS THE ACCEPTABLE ITEMS TO ESTABLISH RESIDENCY:
- Driver's license
- Current vehicle registration that matches the driver’s license submitted
- Current employee check stub with current address
- Voter registration card
- Government agency correspondence with current address
- Utility bill: Current electricity, gas or water bill with current address
- Authentic home builder contract, lease, closing statement, or other home dwelling document.
These can be uploaded to the OLR system at the time of registration, emailed to the appropriate registrar (indicate 'student enrollment' in the subject line of the email), or mailed to the district at:

Parent information
- work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
- Any relevant custody documentation, if applicable
Student information
- Name and address of previous school, if applicable.
- Birth Certificate (Item can be uploaded into OLR)
- Health History, including medications, health conditions, etc.
- Physician Name and Phone Number
- Current Immunization Certificate (Item can be uploaded into OLR)
- Recent Physical Form (Kindergarten, 6th grade and new to KY students)
- Emergency Contacts -- full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and relationship to student for each emergency contact
